Frank Morrisroe, President

Frank Morrisroe

Frank A. Morrisroe, as president of Equiant Financial Services, is considered an accomplished senior executive with a strong affinity for technology and a keen business sense for the application of emerging products to add value and expand markets. He has served as president of Equiant since 2005. While possessing a proven talent for identifying core business needs and translating those needs into operational deliverables, Frank maintains that strong relationships with his customers has always been the focus of his success. "Every success and accomplishment that I and the talented people around me have achieved can be credited to an unwavering emphasis on customer service." Frank has had an extremely versatile 30 year career in the hospitality, lodging and timeshare sector, with a strong emphasis on technology, sales and marketing, cross-functional management, experience backed judgment and operational expertise.

Frank's professional experience has included equity partnerships, senior level executive and consultancy roles. Before serving as president of Equiant, he served as president of Resort Condominiums International (RCI Exchange Network) for North America.

Prior to RCI, Frank also served as president of Sulcus Hospitality Group, an organization that orchestrated the acquisition and management of Lodgistix (hospitality software company), Squirrel (restaurant software company) and NRG (energy management systems).

Frank and his talented executive team's drive have established Equiant as the strongest financial servicing company in the timeshare market space. The collective vision at Equiant is to become the leading servicer of commercial and consumer credit across multiple business spectrums.

Frank strongly believes that "For the first half of your life, you tend to focus on success at almost any cost. For the second part of your life, you seek significance." It is with this philosophy, that Frank works, plays and stays outwardly focused. Frank has been involved and had great success with several charitable organizations such as the Muscular Dystrophy Association, assisting in raising millions of dollars to help others. A Marine Corps veteran, Frank is proud to be an American and to have the opportunity to live in a country where success and significance are achievable for everyone who has the drive and tenacity to "go for it".

Don Kim, Chief Information Officer

Don Kim

Don Y. Kim, as Chief Information Officer, brings extensive business knowledge having lead various departments, including IT, within Equiant over the years.

Prior to Equiant founding in 2004, Don served as Vice President for FINOVA Portfolio Services, Inc., part of the FINOVA Group, a fortune 500 public company focused on lending to mid-sized business. In addition to this, Don has worked for related industries such as banking with First Hawaiian Creditcorp, which at the time was the second largest financial institution in the state of Hawaii. He also has experience in such diverse areas such as property management, consulting, automotive, healthcare and retail.

Don has an MBA from Chaminade University and a BSBA majoring in Computer Information Systems from Drake University.

Don Schade, Chief Financial Officer

Don Schade

Don Schade, as Vice President of Finance and Accounting, has responsibility for all areas of the company's financial performance as well as oversight of client funds. Since joining Equiant in 2005, he has implemented financial controls and developed effective planning and reporting processes.

Prior to joining Equiant Don was a financial manager at America West Airlines based in Tempe, Arizona (now US Airways). With the airline for eight years, he began his career in the corporate accounting department and eventually managed division controller groups with annual budgets of more than $360 million including the aircraft maintenance division and the financial relationship with the company's regional service partners.

Don has a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Eric St. Hilaire-Smith, RRP, Senior Vice President

Eric St. Hilaire-Smith

Eric St. Hilaire-Smith has been part of Equiant since 1996 and a member of the Executive Management Team since 2006. Eric's responsibilities include Equiant's Operations and Collateral departments as well as New Business Development. Eric's high degree of critical analysis in identifying system as well as procedural and efficiency improvements has created a payment processing efficiency consistently above 93%. Eric has overseen Equiant's custodial business increasing 40% within a two year period. Eric's belief and practice that Equiant's people are its greatest asset keeps employee satisfaction within high production oriented departments at significantly high levels and employee turnover practically non-existent.

In his role as Equiant's new client conversion specialist, Eric is able to clearly and concisely identify issues and opportunities with recommendations for action as well as using well developed communication and diplomacy skills to work effectively between multiple levels of staff and management. With strong analytical, organizational and time management abilities, Eric balances and delivers a wide diversity of tasks.

As Vice President of New Business Development, Eric has developed award nominated advertising campaigns, corporate branding initiatives, and name recognition opportunities throughout the account receivables industry. Eric is also a member of Equiant's Community Outreach Team, organizing and leading company participation in local and national initiatives ranging from Veteran Care Packages to MDA Summer Camps.

Eric's prior experience includes eight years with JPMorgan Chase. His position as Client Advocate within the Commercial Client Division included responsibilities for establishing and maintaining deposit and treasury services for Tier 1 retail, construction and service clients.

Peter Moody, Director of Business Development

Peter Moody

Peter Moody is currently the Director of Business Development at Equiant and is primarily responsible for new business development within the vacation and timeshare industry. Other responsibilities under his umbrella include corporate marketing and advertising. Peter recognizes that communication is the key to building strong, loyal relationships with customers and team members, and he knows that relationships are the key to success in any business endeavor.

Peter is in his fourth year at Equiant, where he spent his first three years as a Relationship Manager for client accounts for loan and maintenance receivables as well as document custody. His primary role was to act as a liaison between Equiant and his clients. Peter has worked closely with clients in the timeshare industry such as Shell Vacations Club, Island One Resorts and Kosmas Group International.

Prior to Equiant, Peter developed extensive professional experience in a wide range of fields including in both education and entrepreneurship. Peter's background includes broad-based experience in sales and marketing, customer service and satisfaction, negotiations, and team leadership and facilitation.

Dan Jurgiewich, Director of Client Relations

Dan Jurgiewich

Dan Jurgiewich is currently the Director of Client Relations at Equiant.

Prior to joining Equiant, Dan spent the last ten years in the resort finance industry, including seven years with Shell Vacations/Wyndham Worldwide in Northbrook, Illinois as Vice President of portfolio and escrow operations, and three years with Resort Finance in Williamstown, Massachusetts as a senior loan administrator. Dan has developed many strong relationships throughout the vacation ownership industry.

Lynn Perkins, Director of Operations and Collateral

Lynn Perkins

Lynn Perkins started with Equiant in 1996 as a Cash Processing Administrator. She has held multiple positions with Equiant and is currently Director of Operations and Collateral.

Prior to joining Equiant, Lynn worked as an administrator in a CPA office. Lynn enjoys spending time with her family and traveling. She also continues to take classes specific to various skill sets she wants to hone.

Dana Bell, Director of Human Resources

Dana Bell

Dana Bell joined Equiant in 2007 as Director of Human Resources. She is in charge of all Human Resource functions including Compensation Oversight, Benefits Administration, Hiring/Recruiting, Employee Relations, Training & Development programs and administrative support.

Prior to joining Equiant, Dana served as Human Resource Coordinator for Southwest Dental Group, one of the largest dental care service providers in Arizona. She has previous experience in customer service, marketing, automotive and Management. Dana chairs Equiant's Community Outreach Team, responsible for organizing and rallying company participation in local and national charity causes and organizations.

Dana has a B.A. from Arizona State University.
